Job Overview:

The Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote the company and its products or services. This role requires a deep understanding of current digital marketing tools and strategies and the ability to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management:

Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
Design, build, and maintain the company’s social media presence.
Content Creation:

Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) to reach the company’s target audience and objectives.
Develop engaging online content including clickbait, forums, videos, graphics, and blogs; monitor and analyze content success.
SEO & SEM:

Optimize content for the website and social networking channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google+, etc.
Perform keyword research, optimization, and SEO best practices to drive organic traffic to the website.
Analytics & Reporting:

Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
Brand Management:

Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
Tools & Technologies:

Utilize the appropriate software (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, SEMrush) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

Qualifications:
Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Experience:

Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry.
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.

Skills:

Strong knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns.
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
